It was 1995. I was 13 years old and living in Foz do Iguaçu, in Paraná, Brazil. One day, my father came home with something that would change my life forever: our first computer.
The beginning of everything
It was nothing special by today standards — a PC with a 486 processor, a huge CRT monitor, and that characteristic sound of the dial-up modem connecting to the internet.
But to me, it was magical.
